Strawberry-rhubarb frail with pecan topping

Servings: 10

Topping:

1 crater packaged light brownish-red sugar

1 crater all-purpose flour

1 crater unchanging or quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)

1 crater coarsely chopped pecans

1 teaspoon belligerent cinnamon

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ crater (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened, cut into tiny pieces

Filling:

3 pounds strawberries, spotless and halved (about 5 inexhaustible cups)

2 cups chopped rhubarb, about 3 stalks

⅓ cup granulated white sugar

1 orange, zested and juiced (about ½ crater total)

1 lemon, zested and juiced (about ½ crater total)
