  • 1/3 crater Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Kosher salt


| Preparation – Roasted Beets |

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. If beets are large, set aside 1 beet for later; if small, set aside 2 beets. Place residue of beets on a vast square of aluminum foil.
