On Tuesday, sections of a Municipal Parking Lot sealed as good as Water Street from Broadway toward Schultz Park.
Today highway closures will embody Kentucky Avenue as good as Jefferson, Madison and Monroe streets during 3rd Street, and 2nd Street during Broadway.
Roads to tighten Thursday morning embody Water Street during Washington, Kentucky Avenue opening to riverfront and Broadway during 3rd Street.
The intersections during Broadway and 4th and Broadway and 5th might be sealed during some times during a festival.
