Bear’s Smokehouse, Millwright’s group adult for new West Hartford restaurant

WEST HARTFORD–Old meets new in West Hartford.
Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ and Millwright’s Restaurant are teaming adult to open a new grill in Blue Back Square this summer.
Cook and a Bear will be operated by Jamie “The Bear” McDonald, James Beard Award-nominated cook Tyler Anderson and his operations manager AJ Aurrichio, and it’s a code new judgment called “craft BBQ.”
The menu will underline Kansas City-style barbecue, and we can see what it will be like on Monday nights during Millwrights, that is located in Simsbury.
All food will be plantation uninformed selections, and there will be internal beef options as good as several vegetarian options.
The grill will be located directly opposite from a new bend of a Delamar Hotel, that is now being built on a southeast dilemma of Raymond Road and Memorial Road.
“Our idea is to emanate a singular infrequent excellent dining knowledge that marries a dual styles,” a twin pronounced in a statement. “We are vehement to join a already multiplying West Hartford grill scene.”
In a past week it was also announced that outposts of Bear’s famous array BBQ would open during a new Dunkin’ Donuts Stadium, home of a Yard Goats, and in Hartford’s Union Station.
