Boone’s BBQ in Poquoson set to open adult May 20

Boone’s BBQ Barn is scheduled to open adult Wednesday in Poquoson.
As reported in Tidwewater Biz, a grill is located in a former Crabcake House. It’s owned by Joe and Judy Boone of Williamsburg who polished their recipes during grill competitions when they lived in Texas. For a past 4 years they’ve operated a food lorry business during King’s Creek Plantation in Williamsburg.
The menu will embody pulled pork, beef brisket, St. Louis-style ribs, smoked nation sausage, duck buliding and pig tenderloin on special. A Carolina salsa will also be accessible on a side.
Boone’s also skeleton to offer a vast baked potato that can be pressed with a dip of chicken, beef or pig barbecue. There are skeleton to have a bar area and sell drink and wine.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
