My new personal tutor and a monkfish BBQ recipe!
This week we had my initial assembly with my new tutor @MattWarnerpt! I’m about to commence a many modernized training and nourishment devise to date – I’m VERY lucky! Terrified…but lucky! I’ll be gripping we guys posted on my progress!

We had a beautiful BBQ this week during Corrie too that has desirous this week’s recipe! Although many of a expel were some-more endangered with a HUGE chocolate truffles on offer!!
Something I’ve been definition to discuss about for a while – migraines – a comprehensive bain of many peoples lives. Including some members of a Corrie expel past and present.
I myself used to onslaught with these terrible headaches as a teen on a daily basis. we used to take remedy any day to try and urge a situation.

I have maybe one or dual a year now that is some-more than manageable. However, due to a extreme changes in hormones during pregnancy, we struggled with migraines whist carrying my son Alfie.
I had maybe one any integrate of weeks. To people who have never had to continue a migraine, we might be meditative ‘man up! Its a headache!’ WRONG. A migraine is a mom of all headaches!! we remove some of my vision, that no matter how many times we knowledge this, always leaves me feeling panicked.

Now… on to fish! I venerate monkfish! I’ve found a good recipe this week, with a bit of fitness we’ll get some good continue and we can incline these monkfish skewers on a BBQ! Mmmmm… monkfish skewers!
500g monkfish tail, diced into chunks
2 vast honeyed potatoes, cut into wedges
2 vast red onions, cut into wedges
5cm uninformed base ginger, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled
Juice 1 lemon
1 tsp turmeric
handful uninformed coriander
3 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
6 – 8 bamboo skewers
Preheat a oven to 180C /350F . Arrange a honeyed potato wedges in a roasting dish, drizzle with a small olive oil and season. Place in a oven for around 30 minutes, or until cooked. Leave to cool.
In a food processor, mix a ginger, garlic, lemon, turmeric, coriander and yoghurt to make a marinade.
Place a Monkfish and onion wedges into a roasting plate with a honeyed potatoes. Pour over a brine and cloak well.
Arrange a skewers by swapping between a fish, honeyed potatoes and onions. Aim to fit around 2 / 3 of any object on to any skewer.
When prepared to cook, possibly place on a bbq and keep branch until baked through, or griddle for 2 – 3 mins possibly side.
