Easy & tasty cold salads for your subsequent barbeque

Simple Coleslaw

Ingredients:

Coleslaw veggies

1 cups slaw salsa (or a tiny some-more if cabbage is bigger)

Coleslaw dressing (makes 2 ½ cups)2 cups mayo
½ cups cider vinegar
3 Tablespoons honey
5 Tablespoons white sugar
1 ½ Tablespoons Dijon mustard
Dash Salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
1. To make salsa – In a play drive all salsa mixture together until smooth.
2. Pour salsa over initial 4 shredded mixture and brew well. If we devise to reason supplement red cabbage right before use so it does not tone slaw pink.
3. Dressing can be finished in allege and will reason refrigerated for adult to a month so make additional if we wish uninformed slaw quickly.

Potato Salad

Ingredients:
6 lbs. red tranquillity potatoes (cut into 1.5 in. cubes)
1 crater + 3 Tablespoons Mayo
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 Tbs. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 teaspoons uninformed black pepper
¾ crater Spanish onion (small dice)
2 celery stalks (small dice)
4 boiled eggs
3 Tablespoons Sugar

Directions:
1. Cut red potatoes (1.5″ cubes)
2. Boil potatoes in pickled H2O in a vast pot until only violation and soothing (do not overcook).
3. While potatoes are cooking, supplement 4 eggs in a salsa pot. Cover with H2O afterwards put on medium/high until H2O is during a boil, let boil for additional 2 minutes. IMMEDIATELY empty and send to ice water, flay and cut into eighths. Set aside.
