So many choices, and they were all tempting. We got a Chef Platter ($28) that includes one bruise of beef and 4 tiny or dual middle sides. We chose a half-pound of bruise of turkey, half-pound of bruise burnt ends, southern slaw, installed potato salad, a smoked honeyed potato and Grandma’s cheesy mac. The ideally baked burnt ends were dainty and lick-your-fingers good. The turkey was wet and tender. The cheesy mac was creamy, and a honeyed potato was tasty though we weren’t as smitten with a slaw and potato salad that were ordinary. A easily smoked full shelve of ribs is usually $24. The cooked-to-order tiny doughnuts ($3 for six) are a ideal honeyed ending.
