– It’s time to “Rise Up” Falcons fans as we enter a NFC Championship diversion weekend.   The Atlanta Falcons and a Green Bay Packers are scheduled to block off this weekend during a Georgia Dome.  The Good Day Atlanta group motionless to join in a fad with a initial category tailgate including Max a FOX 5 encourage dog, and Atlanta Falcons cheerleaders.

Pork Rind Nachos

All we need is:

A heaping image full of your favorite form of Pork Rinds and a few of your favorite Nacho Toppings… Personally, we like pulled pig or chopped brisket (Easily procured by a bruise from your favorite internal BBQ joint.)


Melted Jalapeño Nacho Cheese (recipe attached)

Chargrilled Salsa (recipe attached)

Chopped Bacon

Roughly Chopped Cilantro

Sliced Jalapeño

Diced Tomatoes

Grilled Onions

Now, what we do is set adult my griddle with coals and afterwards once they are white and not fiery adult any more, we put an aluminum vessel on a griddle with a bit of H2O in a bottom, and afterwards some smaller pans with a toppings we need to keep comfortable (i.e. chili, quest, pulled pork)

Jalapeño Nacho Cheese

1/4 lb peppers jack cheese

1/2 lb American cheese

1-2 jalapeño, Minced

1 clove garlic, Minced

1 t dejected red pepper

1 t dim chili powder or chipotle chili powder
