November 24, 2017 - bbq set
Lovers of smoked beef will have a new place to eat Tuesday, when HogFathers BBQ, formerly a food truck, has a restaurant’s grand opening.
The restaurant, nearby a Shell gas station, had a soothing opening this week.
Matthew Hind, one of a operators of a restaurant, pronounced a new grill during 1001 Elizabeth Street will have seating and take-out.
Never skip a internal story.
HogFathers started in 2015 and has grown from a tent to a mobile food lorry to, now, a restaurant. It will be open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday, and 11 a.m. on 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Some menu equipment embody brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, sausage and coleslaw, immature beans, and macaroni and cheese. There also will be some restaurant-exclusive items, including a plate with duck drumsticks.
The food lorry will be scaled behind now and will seem usually during vast amicable events, Hind said.
“We still wish to keep the name out there and still go to fairs and festivals,” he said.
