Longtime restaurateurs set date to open BBQ corner nearby downtown

Barbecue lovers can food down on slabs of Texas-style smoked brisket, sausages, ribs, unwashed rice and more.
Bill Floyd and Bryan Caswell of Reef, Little Big’s and El Real Tex-Mex Cafe have partnered with Greg Gatlin of Gatlin’s BBQ to open Jackson Street BBQ nearby Minute Maid Park. The partnership was announced late final year.

The eatery is during 209 Jackson St. in what was a 7,000-square-foot Houston Live Sports Lounge, a Chronicle reported.
Caswell and Floyd recently relocated Little Bigs to a most bigger space in a Montrose-Museum District area. Last year, a twin total aspects of their 3 Houston eateries in a new try during George Bush Intercontinental Airport called 3rd Bar Eating House.
Gatlin’s BBQ temporarily sealed a doors on Feb. 19. It is approaching to be adult and using in a brick-and-mortar plcae once again in early Jun during 3510 Ella Blvd. during 34th Street.
