Sliders with Whiskey BBQ Sauce

2 lbs belligerent beef

Salt Pepper

2 Tbsp butter

1 vast onion, thinly sliced

½ crater Jack Daniel Tennessee Whiskey

1 crater BBQ sauce

¼ crater mixed sliced jalapenos

12 whole slider buns, separate toasted

Form a beef into 12-14 tiny patties and salt peppers both sides. Melt a butter in skillet over medium-high feverishness and prepare a patties until only about finished in a middle, approx. 3-4 mins per side. Remove a patties from a skillet and set aside. Drain off all though 2 Tbsp grease, afterwards lapse skillet to a heat.

Throw a sliced onions in skillet and prepare until caramelized and light brownish-red in color, about 15-25 minutes. If cooking over gas spin off fire for reserve and flow in whiskey. Turn feverishness behind on and stir. Allow a whiskey to revoke by half, about 2-3 minutes, afterwards stir in BBQ salsa and jalapenos.

Reduce a feverishness to low and place a patties in a mixture, branch to coat. Allow a patties to cook in a salsa until all is prohibited and bubbly.

Place a patties on particular buns. Spoon on additional salsa over a tip of any one before commanding with a other half of a bun.

Makes 12-14 sliders.
