April 20 is a projected day extraction grill is set to arrive in Midtown. That’s a day Midtown BBQ is slated to open in a former OTC Midtown (and after Bourbon on Bagby) spot, 2708 Bagby.

The new grill plan from cook Eric Aldis and pitmaster Brett Jackson in partnership with a building’s landlord.

Aldis, now cook of Corner Table in River Oaks, pronounced Midtown BBQ will offer normal Hill Country-style smoked meats including beef ribs, pig ribs, brisket, chicken, pig boundary and sausage done for them by rustic Felix Florez of Black Hill Meats.
