PHOENIX – A new grill corner will shortly make a entrance on a Valley’s food circuit.

Phil Johnson, a.k.a “Phil a Grill,” is set to open his latest venture, Trapp Haus BBQ, along Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row on Mar 2.

“It has always been a dream of cave to open my possess BBQ joint,” Johnson pronounced in a created statement.

The grill is described as “slow-smoked championship-style BBQ with civic southern cooking,” according to a news release.

It will be partial of The Blocks during Roosevelt Row, a mixed-use plan that redeveloped a aged Flowers building on Roosevelt between Fifth and Sixth streets.
