New food Truck in Botetourt is Twisted Tail BBQ

Twisted Tail BBQ is set to open for business. The food lorry will be manned by 3 childhood friends Fred Smith, Tom Kirby and Jim Stokes. They have worked together before during a Gulf hire of aged during Exit 150, though about 40 years has passed. .

They will offer during Flying Mouse BBQ on Sat. Mar 4. in a grand opening of a food food truck. Smith who will shortly retire from Norfolk Southern, parks a lorry during his home.  Their specialties will be hamburgers, hotdogs, BBQ pork, chicken, and Brats of march with sides. Last tumble they won a BBQ competition during Daleville Town Center ( see photo)

They will also support parties, events and weddings. And of march they will attend BBQ festivals.

“We started doing BBQ 20 years ago,” pronounced Smith who is a griddle master.  “We are only 3 late group out to have a good time.”
