Olamaie Hosts Biscuits & Barbeque UT Tailgate

An all-star group of chefs, pitmasters, and brewers will deplane on Olamaie on Oct 21st for a gift tailgate. The restaurant’s 2nd book of a “Biscuits and Barbeque” fundraiser is scheduled on a morning of a UT-Oklahoma State game, with deduction to advantage a Boys and Girls Clubs Of Austin.
Olamaie cook Michael Fojtasek will minister a restaurant’s signature biscuits to a party, while guest chefs and pitmasters Laura Loomis and Jason Dady (Two Bros BBQ), Evan LeRoy (LeRoy and Lewis), and Mat Gonzalez and Kelsey Small (Rattle Creek Meat Co.) will any offer plates of barbecue.
Fojtasek tells Eater than fun and gift are a genuine reason for a party. “We threw a celebration called OlaRoy with Evan [LeRoy] final year – it was a blast. we baked a sides and Evan brought a barbecue.
