BBQ Vegetable Hushpuppies with a Marinated Vegetable Slaw

1 vast egg
2/3 crater milk
1 ¼ crater yellow corn meal
½ crater all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. BBQ Seasoning
1 tsp. salt
¼ crater chives, minced
½ crater Spanish onion, finely diced
½ crater corn kernels, from uninformed corn on a cob
¼ crater red honeyed pepper, chopped
1 qt. salad oil, for frying
