Here’s a hide look inside a investiture during 357 Grand. There is cruise seating and bar stools confronting a open kitchen.
The Randall’s menu consists of grill classics like Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Fried Eggplant, Mac Cheese, and boiled clam cakes, among other choices.
Press materials also note that chef-proprietor Jared Male, a pit-master maestro of both Hill Country and Dinosaur BBQ in Harlem, also “gleans impulse from a LES neighborhood’s historically Jewish population” with equipment like a Smoked Chopped Chicken Liver, Pastrami and pickles from a Pickle Guys subsequent door. (Nothing like a traif grill mark in a former Kosher pizzeria championing the Jewish roots.)
