St. Louis’ Sugarfire Smoke House set to open initial Colorado location
February 28, 2018 - bbq set
This summer, St. Louis-based Sugarfire Smoke House will open a initial Colorado plcae in Westminster. But fans of a fast-casual grill grill know that that means some-more than only your simple ribs and brisket. (Although it has those, too.)
Sugarfire, that will take over a Brixx Woodfired Pizza spot, is famous for blending adult a accumulation of grill styles in a fun menu that includes equipment like Pork Belly Hush Puppies with jalapeño jelly, a Big Muddy sandwich (brisket, smoked sausage, horseradish and BBQ sauce) and a accumulation of homemade pies.
If maximizing your calorie intake is what you’re after, we should also know that there’s a chocolate peanut butter scotch shake on a menu. You know, when carrying hush puppies, a brisket/sausage sandwich and cake only isn’t enough.
