Tailgate Recipe: Bolts BBQ Ribs

For a Rub: Read

¾ crater brownish-red sugarine Read

1 tbsp smoked paprika Read

1 tbsp garlic powder Read

2 tsp peppers Read

1 tsp kosher salt Read

½ tsp cayenne peppers Read


For a Ribs: Read

5 lbs St. Louis-Style Spare Ribs Read

1 ½ cups BBQ salsa Read



For a Rub: Read

In a tiny bowl, entirely brew a a brownish-red sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper. Read


For a Ribs: Read

Preheat a oven to 300°F. Read

Line a baking piece with aluminum foil and set a cooling shelve on top. Lay a ribs on a shelve in a singular layer. Generously request a massage to all sides. Bake for 2 ½ hours covering with aluminum foil during a median mark. Read

Remove a ribs from a oven and easily brush all sides with your favorite BBQ sauce. Grill (or broil) for 3-5 mins per side or until a BBQ salsa has thickened and a ribs have charred slightly. Allow to rest for 10 mins before serving. ENJOY! Read
