The Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce and Western Premium BBQ Products (W3) are again partnering adult for another bigger-than-life barbeque cook-off Mar 13 and 14.
Chamber co-chairs Wade McBee and Chico Cox are anticipating that a 200 teams will fill by a deadline of Mar 11 during 5 p.m.
Right now, there are about 100 teams competing underneath IBCA rules. Last year’s eventuality saw 150 teams competing for a 100 percent pay-out.
